Prof. Benjamin Brenner is Director of the Department of Hematology & BMT and Chief of the Internal Medicine Division at the Rambam Health Care Campus in Haifa, Israel. He is Professor of Hematology at the Technion. His major research interests focus on women's health issues associated with thrombosis, particularly, pathological mechanisms and management of pregnancy complications and thrombosis in women with cancer. Prof. Brenner is a member of the Steering Committee of RIETE. He has co-chaired the biennial International Symposium on "Women's Health Issues in Thrombosis and Haemostasis" (2005-2017).
